After this very cold season we get in touch to Mr. Rupp, an experienced Koi lover, to ask him about his experience with our pond heating system. Here is his email answer :


Hallo Mr. Schmahl,

Thank you for asking. Honestly am somewhat surprised that the Fa.Quintex is getting in contact with me. I personally and the family is doing well, the Kois have a very hard winter (partially - 18 ° C) until now very well survived, thanks to the super reliable pond heater. Over a wireless thermometer (get inside) I was able to monitor pond temperatures with a maximum deviation of 0.3 ° C temperature to the setpoint (based on very low outdoor temperatures). It is as very reassuring for a lover of Kois to know that no matter what the outside temperature is, this means no dange to the fishes. The Kois are slowly kicking back and get once a week a small amount of a special feed. Furthermore, I will your product in good conscience recommend. It would be nice if the e-mail contact would not be demolished.

Especially for ponds with fishes, our heaters with selflimiting heating tapes as a finished set of a simple, reliable are useable by everyone.
Simply complete the heating, which is already build up and connected to an electronic thermostat with probe length 4m wiring and   with a 3m long power cable with plug,
by laying it into your pond and take care that the end terminal is 20cm outside the pond.
Our heater is safe and meet the latest standards that means  they are
provided with braid protection (to EN).

  A simple and effective solution
  The heating thermostat with built-in cable loop is considered
inserted and at temperatures below 5 ° C on. Power termination and
