Ambient temperature controller
The
ambient thermostats series IRM1/IRM2 are characterized in
particular by its compact design and its excellent cost/performance
relationship. The use of these thermostats is essentially as an ambient
thermostat thought. The size of this Theromstate makes it
possible to
integrate it if necessary into the power supply cable of
heating circuit t. Of course, it is also simple to screw the
thermostat, which is
integrated into a M20 thread lonto a connection box and
preassembling the terminals. It is thus possible to swoich on the
heating circuit at a temperature below
4 ° C. Thus, it is now easy and inexpensive to build up a safe
antifreeze system .
The switching to antifreeze will never be forgotten.Minithermostat IRM1/IRM2Ex:

Capillary thermostat
The
capillary thermostats have been reliable
electrical systemin trace heating for many years. To cover a wide
temperatur range it is neccessary to adapted capillary. Quintex has
therefore proposed a
series of capillary thermostats in its portfolio. the benfir of a
cappilary system it the direct switching without any further
voltage. With our connections sets for heating systems, you can connect
directly at
the thermostat, even in hazardous areas. In the non-Ex
version the switching
capacity of 25 A conscious has been increased to reduce
the number of heating circuits

Capillary limiter
If
constant heating systems (zone heaters, plastic-,
minerlinsulated cable) in hazardous areas be applied, it is often
necessary to use a limiter to avoid an overtemperature for the defined
Ex Zone and temperature class.
It is important, because it is a security matter, that even if the
limiter has own failures it safely switch off (fail-safe)
All Quintex limiters are approved for use in

Be safe
^ To TopElectronic Controller

Electronic controllers can be used universal in the field of electrical
trace heating. The general use of PT 100 sensor ensures an accurate
measurements within a temperture range of - 50 ° C up
to 600 ° C . By programming can be added free alarm
points, which you use as early response of a possible malfunction, so
that thers is time on site to have a look at the system.
If the Sensor is

you can usew the controller even as non intrinsic safe controller dor
hazardous areas.
