Electrical trace heating

Electric trace heating is increasingly important in industrial and commercial applications. The necessity of protecting plants and equipment from freezing, carrying out processes within defined temperature ranges and instantly providing media available on stock or in pipes is the basis for continuous growth in this sector. With state-of-the-art measuring and control technology and simple installation techniques, ever new fields of application develop. Line bushings

In potentially explosive atmospheres, line bushings are mainly used to interconnect enclosures. Via line bushings, wires or cables are inserted into flameproof enclosures to either establish power supply for control equipment. Alternatively, line bushings are used to transfer data from flameproof enclosures to peripheral equipment. A combination of both is possible as well. To ensure a high level of safety and provide for numerous applications, special, high-temperature resistant wires are used. One field of application is with sensors. In this context, via line bushings, not only power supply can be established but also sensor data can be returned to the measuring unit.

Via our state-of-the-art production techniques (laser), safe components (wires and cast resin) and application expertise, Quintex line bushings can also be ideally used in your applications. Even small quantities can be produced cost efficiently and with high quality.
