By applying the warm water heating tapes you will always have hot water at the tap instantly. By this you avoid unnecessary water use until the comfort water temperature is reached. Additionally you only have to cover the heat loss of one small water pipe, which has only small heat loss.Wit other system like double walled installation pipes or by circulation you have a higher heat loss or higher costs of insulation, as well as you need more place and time for the instalation of such systems
Additinal to this use it is also easy for large systems to switch on a leginella decontamination during off-peak times. This is often use at hospitals, senior complexes and day-care center

To be able to withstand also very high temperature in a wram water system, our heating tape are able to withstand 100°C switch off and switch on. By this the risk of dammage is gone
ILM172CT is useed as a substitute for circuklationpipes. Together with a time witch you can reach a high economic system. Only the time you need warm water, the tapes are switched on.
BFor the use ILM312CT as a legionella decontamination you will need a 'legionella-switch', which switch on to 100% power output for the decontamination time and switch down to 55% to only have comfort heating for warm water.
By this you have no danger of scalding
If you use additional SSDR to switch the heating cicuit but onlxy one time switch and powerutput controller you can decrease the invest dramatically
