Ordering process at Quintex

1.Find your product
You can

Use the quick selection

Browse the categories

use the Quick Find in the left-hand navigation bar. Here the search is simultaneously in the product name and in the product for all entered in terms.

2. Product types
After choosing a category, you have a choice (sometimes only one) of product types. Select the desired product type by clicking the button Continue drücken
3. The cart
Insert the product(s) you want in the cart. In the detailed view of a product, enter required quantity in the product list at the desired product.Have youi finished that for all required articles od that productlist you can put them all in the cart, by pressing the button Add to cart drücken
Are you registered customer, the product(s) remain in the cart, even if you not order, until your next visit.
4. B2B customer
Do you have special agreements with us on payment methods and/or an agreed discount, you can also use this in the shop. After registration and openingof your account, you will logged to a customer group. This happens with the activation of xour acoount by the webmaster. You will receive a confirmation eamil. After this proces, each time you login wiht your account you will see your right prices and you can use our shop under the agreed conditions
5. Checkout
Whenever you sse tyour cart you can start the regsitration or order process by using the button Checkout . Asa nbew csutomer you can open an account with button Private customer or B2B customer) or going on with a Quick checkout without creating an account (Button Continue). If you area registered customer, please login with your data and Sign in einloggen. Your personal data will be loaded.
After a new successful registration you will receive an welcome email. Then call again if necessary to cart in order to pursue the appointment. To do so, follow the instructions on the following pages. The appointment goes through 4 level, before it takes effect::
Shipping information -> payment method (with confirmation GTC) -> Order Confirmation -> Final Order (Complete)
After successful order you will receive an acknowledgment. This is not intended as a confirmation of order, but for confirmation of receipt of your order
6. Order Confirmation
After receiving an order, we check the inventory of the goods ordered. Hereafter you will receive an email with the following contents:

quantity of goods ordered

Price indication,

Payment indication,

Bank account

This e-mail with the contents described is your order confirmation. Please check the contents carefully. When disagreements occur please contact us immediately
7. Shipped!
Once we have the goods shipped, you will receive a further email with the phrase "change of status of your order" and the status of "shipped". Any questions about the order process? Just contact us!
