Gutter deicing heating tape, to avoid frost damage at the gutter, as well as icicles and roof damage.

INFOBOX (opens with Cursor)Assembled heating tapes for your gutter deicing application will be manufactured at our own factory. The finished heating circuit consists of power cable of 3m with plug, cable built in thermostat, which switch on the heating circuit at 4 ° C, the connection powercable to heating tape, the heating tape with 18W/m (in ice water 36 W/m) uv-resistant and the end seal of the heater. We have different lengths, you can simply order. If you need other length of the cable or the heater we recommend the build up by the components and a more efficent controlsystem. (s. gutter deicing by components). If you are interested in, we make you a quote or you use our fax inquiry in our shop. Within the set you will find fastener for the heating circuit. Fasten this parts in a distance to your tape (use simple cable clips or an insulated wire). At the beginning of the downpipe please bend it to use it as an edge protection. If the tapes hang down in the downpipe more than 15m you must fix it with a chain, to avoid too much tension at the tape. Keep connection outside the gutter, let the thermostat sense ambient temperature.

For UK we deliver with 13 Amp/250 V in acc. to BS 1363 A
The additonal length of the power cable will be manufactured with a plug. Total length of the power cable:
3m (normal length of power cable) + additional ordered length (AL3)
The length you order is the heating tape length (e.g. 8m is 8m of heating tape)
